Except from the confirmation email Pieples.be sends to inform users that have been drawn by us, users will not receive any email from Pieples.be unless they have requested to receive such contact.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Please note the following with regards to the images uploaded to our website.

Photos uploaded to Pieples.com will be added to our database which is accessible to our artists.

Artist can only use the photos from our database for their artwork published on Pieples.com.

Disclaimer

Pieples.be publishes artwork made by independent artists based on photos / pictures sent to us. The name of the artist is always mentioned, but Pieples.com doesn't provide futher contact details about their artists.

Pieples.be cannot be held responsible for any third-party use of images located through this service. If you have concerns about a potential abuse or violation of intellectual property rights or privacy in relation to this website please contact us.

We aim to avert artwork with a racist / vengeful content. If doubt may occur about the content or message of a published pieple, you can always contact us. If needed these pieples can be removed from our system afterwards.

Under absolutely no condition Pieples.com will pay some form of compensation for publishing an artwork on Pieples.com. The author can't neither enforce an additional condition for publication.
